\"Shravana\" means \"to listen.\" This sacred month invites us to listen deeply to wisdom, to our elders, and to the voice within. Sacred Rudra Puja (Rudrabhishek) is performed in the month of Shravan, to facilitate our inward journey. Earth is sprinkled with showers in the month of Shravan, when millions turn to Shiva; the ultimate Truth and beauty.
